Shipping policy

At Tick Vibe, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

Once you place an order, our customer support team may contact you to confirm your order details and delivery address. After successful verification, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

To ensure genuine orders and reduce unnecessary delivery failures, customers are required to pay advance shipping charges before dispatch. The remaining product amount can be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of receiving the parcel.

Please note that advance shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, as courier companies charge delivery costs even if the parcel is refused or returned.

Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, Trax, PostEx, and other reputable logistics providers.

Please ensure that your contact number and shipping address are accurate when placing an order. If we are unable to verify your order or receive the advance shipping payment confirmation after multiple attempts, your order may be cancelled.
